Contractor Relationships
Contractors on the platform are independent businesses. Kantekt does not employ contractors and is not responsible for their work, pricing, or conduct. We do not guarantee the quality of contractor services. We recommend verifying contractor licenses and insurance before hiring.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that contractors will respond to requests, that quotes will be competitive, or that service outcomes will meet expectations.
Limitation of Liability
Kantekt is not liable for any damages arising from contractor services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with contractors arranged through the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
